How billing works
- Before you pay
- You see the price, how often it renews, any free trial and when it ends, and the date and amount of your first charge. Nothing is charged until you tick the box and continue.
- Reminders
- We email you before a trial ends and before each yearly renewal, and at least 30 days before any price change.
- Cancelling
- Two taps from Settings, no calls and no questions. Plus stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds
- In the US, your first web purchase can be refunded in full within 14 days. In the EU and UK you can withdraw within 14 days.
Bought Plus in the iPhone or Android app? Apple or Google handle its billing, and it works here when you sign in to the same account. Full details are in the Terms of Service.
